This project is the construction of a new single-family residential home located in Lutz. Some of the pragmatic elements of the new home would be entertainment and their double pianos. Along with these, the home is to include a large master suite with bath, eat-in kitchen, and office/working space. There also needed to be a large outdoor entertainment space. The proposed new residence is 3,600 square feet spread over two levels, consisting of three beds and two and a half baths.

 

The exterior of the home was dictated by the owner’s desire to have solar installed at a later time once the home is completed. The slopes of the roof also were determined by their desire to reduce as much shadowing as possible on their neighbor’s property due to his solar location. On the ground floor, the master suite and kitchen are located along with a large living room for entertainment. On the second floor, the two guest bedrooms/office are located, with the double pianos being the centerpieces in a secondary large entertainment space. This project is projected to start construction mid 2024.
