Livestone Consulting was hired to explore an existing undeveloped site located in New Port Richey. The proposed site is located only blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. Surrounding the site are existing condos along with marshlands.

The program for this project was to create a four-story mixed-use building, having three stories of residential, a single-story office space, and a rooftop garden/community bar. Located on the residential levels of the project, we planned four, 2,000 square foot three bed, two-bath units, for a total of 12 units. Above the residences, there is to be almost 10,000 square feet of general office space for local businesses to occupy. On the ground floor, there is to be a community pool area, accessible only to the residences of the building. With the project located at an intersection, it was important that the street facing side of the project have visual interest.
