Livestone consulting was contracted to completely remodel an existing 1,100 square foot three bed and two bath residence located in the upper Tampa Bay area. Due to modern flood zoning, we had to elevate the proposed addition/renovation. The owner’s program for the newly constructed residence was to be a 3,000 square foot, six bed 4 bath home, spread over two stories. For the exterior of the home, we used a limited material pallet of stucco and wood horizontal slats.
