This store was a unique opportunity both for Dunkin Brand and Livestone Consulting. It was designed and completed at a time when “LEED” (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) was new and exciting, and before the Florida Building Code required full energy and environmental conservation in all new buildings. We designed the store to be as energy-neutral as possible and environmentally positive. Part of the exterior of the store was a green wall, able to grow herbs and vegetables for the community. It was the first Dunkin Donuts in the United States to receive as LEED Standard Rating.
