Remodel of an existing plastic surgery medical office built in the 1960s (originally a bank). It required a major update on both the interior and exterior. It was remodeled into a French Country style building on 4th Street in St. Petersburg. The old block building had the roof modified into a mansard structure with the exterior block being stuccoed and an enclosed patio added to the front of the building. Part of the necessity of the design was to add security to the structure.
